*** Update *** Have now moved out but the overall experience was excellent. Very secure storage. Very clean and easy to access the units both inside and outside. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their was to assist you. Definitely would use their services again.

I just rented for the first time, and while I haven't brought our items yet, what I can say is that I was absolutely blown away by the customer service here! From my first phone call to me signing the documents, I felt so welcome and important! Unbelievable service and such a rare gem these days!
